And yet when it's in form, it's fantastic.

In the Czech Republic, there are two versions of Pilsner Urquell on draft: pasteurized (from kegs) and unpasteurized (from tanks). For most locals, the unpasteurized version is acres ahead of the kegged beer. Unfortunately, the last I heard is that the unpasteurized tank beer is still not available outside the Czech lands.

Well, there has to be some advantage to being here.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12501248.post-58517481992683596112008-08-29T15:06:00.000+01:002008-08-29T15:06:00.000+01:00Can't say I did, Geoff, but it's not something I'm...Can't say I did, Geoff, but it's not something I'm especially sensitive to.The Beer Nuthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14105708522526153528noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12501248.post-5096322849873348012008-08-29T13:57:00.000+01:002008-08-29T13:57:00.000+01:00Do you not taste some skunkiness/light strike in t...Do you not taste some skunkiness/light strike in the bottled Pils Urquell?
