From my understanding, the big difference is that Vienna lager uses a hefty whack of Vienna malt, whereas a polotmave has the same specialty malts (Munich, CaraBohemian and a Black malt) as a tmave, just less of them.Alistair Reecehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15929927359428659775noreply@blogger.com
